The First Ever MediClinic Is HERE!

We have an exciting announcement! The first-of-its-kind MediClinic is now open! Located at Gleneagles Global Hospitals, Bengaluru (Richmond Road), the inauguration took place on 8th April 2019. The MediClinic was inaugurated by Mr. A.G Muralikrishnan, an Independent Director on the Board of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Touted as the MediBuddy experience centre, MediClinic is the physical embodiment of the MediBuddy world. You can book Health Checks, Lab Tests and more at MediClinic.

GI Reconstitution: Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal Nominated as TPA Representative

After a period of 3 years, the General Insurance Council has been fully reconstituted. The self-regulatory body has been constituted under section 64C of the Insurance Act (1938) by the IRDAI since 2001 and bridges the former with the non-life insurance industry.

The inductees nominated by the IRDA — who now form the new Executive Committee of the General Insurance Council — are designated as follows:

  1. TPA Representative: Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal¸ Whole-Time Director, Medi Assist Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Surveyors & Loss Assessors Representative: Saumil Dilip Mehta, Director, Mehta & Padamsey Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt
